
Radovanović Stojanović & Partners is pleased to announce that, effective 1 July 2026, Filip Šušulić will join the firm as a Partner and Head of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice group.
Filip brings extensive experience representing and advising clients across a wide range of industry sectors in international arbitration, commercial litigation, insolvency, enforcement as well as recognition proceedings.
He has acted in high-value cross border commercial litigations and arbitrations under the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, VIAC, and leading Serbian arbitration rules, with a particular focus on complex construction disputes involving cross-border infrastructure and real estate projects, as well as disputes in the aviation, pharmaceutical and energy sectors. He also has experience in investment arbitration, having represented states in ICSID and UNCITRAL arbitrations.
Before joining Radovanović Stojanović & Partners, Filip worked for two leading regional law firms.
Filip is qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales and holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, where he specialized in international commercial litigation and investment arbitration.
