Radovanović Stojanović & Partners advised the shareholders of Next Fiber on the sale of their respective shares to Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd.
Next Fiber is a telecommunications company in southern Serbia, providing high-speed broadband, television and fixed-line telephony services.
The transaction was successfully completed on 1 September 2026 following receipt of all required regulatory clearances, including merger control approvals.
The RSP team was led by Saša Stojanović and also included Đorđe Vićić, Irina Petrović and Iva Jojić.
