Radovanović Stojanović & Partners acted as Serbian legal counsel on the acquisition of PhoteonTechnologies GmbH by GlobalFoundries, a leading manufacturer of essential semiconductors.
The transaction included the Serbian subsidiary, Photeon Technologies DOO, with RSP advising on all Serbian law aspects of the acquisition. Our team provided comprehensive legal support in relation to the Serbian elements of the transaction, working closely with lead transaction counsel CERHA HEMPEL to ensure the successful completion of the deal.
The Italian aspects of the transaction, relating to the Italian branch of the target, were advised on by LMCR Studio Legale.
