On 29 February 2024, the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition ("CPC") published its infringement decision against Atlantic Grupa d.d. and its Serbian subsidiaries, Atlantic Brands d.o.o. and Atlantic Grand d.o.o., ("Atlantic Group") and Strauss Adriatic d.o.o. ("Strauss") from 29 December 2023 ("Decision").

In late October 2023, the Serbian Parliament was quite busy with a significant number of legislative changes and novelties on its docket at the 26 October session.
