Anja is a partner at Radovanović Stojanović & Partners and leads the firm’s merger control and state aid practice areas.
Anja advises clients on competition law aspects of their day-to-day business operations, merger control issues, abuse of dominance and restrictive agreements matters. Anja’s main expertise lies in coordinating complex multijurisdictional merger control procedures as well as various risk assessments associated with merger control rules. She often advises clients from regulated industries including telecommunications, financial services and insurance and has extensive experience with private equity clients and FMCG, automotive, real estate and steel sectors.
