Expertise
Filip is a partner and head of our dispute resolution practice group. He represents and advises clients across numerous industry sectors in international arbitration, commercial litigation, insolvency, enforcement as well as recognition proceedings.
He has acted in high-value cross border commercial litigations and in arbitrations under the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, VIAC, and leading Serbian arbitration rules, with particular focus on complex construction disputes involving cross-border infrastructure and real estate projects, aviation industry, the pharmaceutical sector and energy related cases. He also has experience in investment arbitration, having represented states in ICSID and UNCITRAL arbitrations.
Before joining Radovanović Stojanović & Partners, Filip worked for two leading regional law firms.
Filip is qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales and holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, where he specialized in international commercial litigation and investment arbitration.
