Milorad handles complex matters related to greenfield and brownfield investments, large-scale construction projects, property acquisitions, sales, high value leases, zoning and regulatory compliance, offering clients strategic guidance throughout every stage of their real estate transactions. He also advises clients on ownership and conversion issues, restitution claims, hotel operation agreements and property joint ventures.
