RSP advises Wienerberger, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of building materials and infrastructure solutions, on the acquisition of Univerzum, one of the leading Serbian manufacturers of clay construction materials, operating two production facilities located in Aranđelovac and Inđija.
The transaction is intended to be completed in the third quarter of 2026 and remains subject to merger-control clearance and the satisfaction of other market standard closing conditions.
The RSP team was led by Saša Stojanović and also included Đorđe Vićić, Irina Petrović, Raško Radovanović, Živko Kovačević, Anja Tasić, Milorad Gajić, Nikola Cincović, Luka Radojević, Radmila Đurđević, Ivana Petković, Danilo Medenica and Iva Jojić.
